Javier was the team lead on the installation of our new kitchen quartz countertop and sink install. He and his crew did a great job -- the one seam is almost unnoticeable! We appreciate the great service and his professional and pleasant demeanor.

We did a small Granite countertop order for our latest rental property kitchen and I just want to let everyone know how amazing Javier and his team are at the installation. They showed up on time, gave us notice before arriving, and were very professional and efficient throughout the process. Javier made sure to let me know of every intricacy involved in the installation at this funky 1950's ranch home with wavy floors and an imperfectly level situation. His conscientious, honest, and forthcoming approach was so greatly appreciated as our project manager (the Hubs!) was out of town. I TRULY appreciated not only his thorough explanation of the install but also his AMAZING patience as I and my brother battled it out on various scenarios to make the countertop as perfect as possible. It was the last one of the day for them and I know they must have all been ready to go home on the miserably cold and rainy day. You NEVER would have known if that were the case. I can't say enough about how amazing they all were. and ps. we LOVE the granite and are excited to get this place rented ASAP! If there was a higher rating than 5-stars I would gladly give it. My husband and I selected granite countertops for two bathrooms. The first one was just what we had picked out but the second piece was not was what I was expecting. I called Robyn in the Knoxville store and she immediately went to work on a replacement that would make me happy. I was even sent photos of the sample slab and able to pick out the exact area I wanted cut. Installation was, at both times, arranged around my work schedule and done beautifully. If you are anticipating granite or any other natural stone, Stone World is the ONLY place you need to shop, the choices are beautiful. More importantly, I have never had a company be so accommodating to a client's wishes and willing to "make things right." Thank you Robyn, the install teams and the folks were nice enough to take several photos in order that I could choose the exact piece I wanted. It was a pleasure doing business with a company who is so committed to its clients!

We recently had our kitchen countertops replaced. The demo with existing tops and replacement with quartz was flawless. The installers had a great attitude and very professional. We would highly recommend Stone World to others seeking quality craftsmanship.

Everyone I encountered at Stoneworld (Nashville area)was nice & good at communication. Installation day was so fast and easy! Javier and his team were professional, throrough, and seemed genuinely intent on making sure we were happy. They were happy to answer questions. Some contractors make people feel uncomfortable when asking questions- not Javier, he & his crew were awesome. They made sure we were happy with the placement of the faucent, soap dispenser, and disposal switch holes and even stopped to warn us when there was going to be a loud noise. THIS is the service example I wish all contractors would live up to- Do good work, be good communicators, and make the client feel comfortable in their own home. Thank you. This has been the best part of our kitchen remodel.

Today Javier and Team installed my Granite. They were great and had excellent customers service. They had to wait about 30 minutes while the cabinet guy brace my corbels. Love my granite and the install team was wonderful to work with.

The entire process with Stone World has been great. We picked out our granite, they explained the process, everyone was very forthcoming with valuable information and guidance. Javier and his team were outstanding! I was notified before he arrived, they arrived right on time, he checked the fine details and made sure everything was ready to go. The process was quick and clean. He explained how to care for granite. Javier and his team worked great together and were absolute professionals. I appreciate their hard work because my kitchen looks absolutely amazing!!!!

Really happy with our experience and our quartz counters! Communication was prompt and easy on the front end, and Javier and his team did a great job installing our (huge) counter tops. Would definitely recommend!

First contact person was Bryon Mallory, when I came in to look at quartz slab. He was very helpful, professional & personable.

Javier & his crew (of 2) did our install. They were prompt, informative and thorough. Javier seemed to be training his crew as they worked. He had a calm teaching demeanor with them. They did a GREAT job!

I recently had new countertops installed by StoneWorld and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Javier and his crew of two were professional, efficient, precise for measurements, and pleasant! Could not have asked for a more coordinated team. The team made certain all was correct and cleaned up afterwards. Our kitchen has a 10-foot by 10-foot L-shaped counter with cook top and sink. The 9-foot by 4-foot island is L-shaped as well, with a 6 foot lower level curved counter for eating. They finished all to perfection, and completed it in two hours! Enjoyable to watch such a smooth working team! And : The counter tops look exactly as I imagined. Like a Christmas gift in June. Thanks!

First off, I would like to say the customer service was incredible throughout the whole journey. Marci was extremely helpful and was on top of everything during my kitchen renovation. They were always ready to get the countertops done even though the cabinet install was delayed due to wrong measurements from the contractor. Finally, when I got my cabinets situated, Stone World came in like a flash to schedule next steps. Christian came in and did a fabulous job with the countertop template and measurements. He was extremely careful and measured everything with precision, not to mention professional and friendly. After the measurements were completed Bryon Mallory, a customer care specialist, contacted me to discuss next steps and show me images of the granite that they would be using for my approval. Again, he was extremely helpful and professional. Lastly, Abby contacted me to schedule the install so every step of the way they were on it. I never had to contact them to schedule anything. Finally, the install, Ivan and Angel were awesome! I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to install the countertops and do such a beautiful job. They were courteous and careful and made sure to put tarps down on my floors to prevent a mess. Every step of the way working with Stone World was a great experience. They get 5 stars from me for their outstanding customer service and beautiful work. Thanks to all of you for having my back during this remodel. I would highly recommend Stone World.

We recently had new countertops installed in our home. We chose Stone World through their affiliation with The Home Depot. Quality and professionalism are the words that describes the experience. Quality and professionalism with customer service, product, and installation. Ivan and Angel were great on the installation. They were very personable and funny. We felt like family was doing the installation. We would highly recommend Stone World and Ivan and Angel if you are looking for new countertops. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Louwrens and Rianna at the Knoxville, Tn location were fantastic to work with in selecting granite for our home. We visited several local granite fabricators/suppliers but found a selection of granite at SW that far exceeded our expectations. We like to know what we are getting when we make a purchase like this and Louwrens & Rhianna made our granite shopping exceptional. They have the knowledge, experience & passion about their product that makes a stop at their location a must. Our tops were in within 2 wks, seams are practically non-existent even w/ a very veiny design. I am very happy with the quality of installation and will gladly share a photo/video.

Ordered our counter tops from HomeDepot. A representative from Stone World came to our house to measure. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Just a few days later our stone arrived and prepared for our home. The gentlemen that came for installation were awesome. Very fast and efficient in their performance. Recently updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Some initial communication issues with on-site measurements after purchase. However, a personal visit with Stone World management corrected all initial communication issues. The actual installation went very well. Ivan and Angel were obviously very experienced with installation and were professional in their approach and explanations of the installation process.

Ivan and Angel were absolutely amazing. Totally went above and beyond in their customer service. They worked very quickly and efficiently. When he saw the faucet we were going to install he asked if I was doing it or a plumber, I told him I was and he insisted on installing it and my garbage disposal. What a great guy and great company. Highly reccomend.

Ivan made sure that we were informed every step of the way of any problems that he was running across, we had a few very minor issues but he made sure to let us know. Ivan took the time to raise the feet on my stove so it was level with the countertops. Upon completion of the job, I has asked Ivan about how to re install my sink and before I knew it, my sink was placed in and braced, very thoughtful and appreciated.
